Please note that we stop our Bakery Decorating Classes at the end of April as we get extremely busy with the Okanagan Wedding Season!

January 2017 Classes


Fundamentals of Cake Decorating

Learn from the Whisk Cake Co's French Macaron Guru's, how to bake and fill these
MAGICAL french cookies, along with our own recipes and tricks!

Come join us for a fun evening learning an introduction to working with the
fabulous medium- Isomalt.
Learn the basics on melting, coloring, etc with the medium, and
then learn about molds, pulling and more!!

February 2017 Classes

Specialty Class- Sculpting 3D Creatures!

If you've wanted to know our little tricks to making some
amazing edible creatures to sit on top of your cakes or cupcakes,
this class is for you!
Cost for Class: $95.00

Wednesday, Feb. 1st

Specialty Class- Sculpting + Isomalt....
...the Best Friends any Cake Decorator Could Have!

Come join us for a weekend full of fun, creating this fantatic looking
hand-sculpted cake "bucket", filled with Isomalt "Ice + Bottles"- a
pair made in heaven!
During this 2- day class, you will learn the tricks to hand-sculpting cake to make sure
that not only will it look realistic to the shape that you are wanting, but that it will
also be structurally secure.

Next, you will learn techniques to working with fondant, airbrushing, metallic coloring and more.
Finally, you will learn to take your Isomalt creating to the next level, making hollow
bottles (that can hold a carbonated beverage for up to 8 minutes!) and "ice". Hand-painting
techniques and edible images will also be taught in this hands-on, creative class!

***Please note that all students enrolling in this class are required to have taken our Isomalt 101 Class
prior to this class to gaurantee that everyone will be able to keep up!

Specialty Class- New Cake Trends
Watercolor Painting + Drip Cakes!

A couple new trends that we have seen come around lately,
so we decided to pair them up on one FAN-tastic cake!!

On an 8" round dummy, we will go over how to properly cover it with fondant, before
using the AMAZING Sugar Art Dry Edible Food Colors to hand-paint a gorgeous
watercolor design of your choice.
Then, we will go over the tricks and techniques used to create the Pinterest wonder, Drip-Cakes!
Go home with a gorgeous display cake to show off to all your friends.

April 2017 Classes
